Our school was awarded with “white flag” which is given to as symbol of clean school in
Turkey and given White Flag Certificate too. We are conducting “Nutrition Friendly School”
project too.
Inıtıally, School Environment Waste and Bin Map was prepared in order to create cleaner
environment. Within this scope, the most noteworthy areas are detected.

First school carbon footprint was calculated in three times. It was calculated for the first
time in October 2016 it is “7.57”, second one in October 2017; it is “3.4” and the last one
was calculated in May 2018 and it is “3.00” in the end we successfully achieved our
target.
