Introducing the ACTS 25 State Competition

NAPT, in close collaboration with AASA, our federal advocacy partner, will keep a close eye on those funding sources to ensure their continued flow to schools in support of those services. We will also monitor any legislation that will move critical funding from the traditional federal sources to the states so that we can assess how such a change will affect the flow of funding and state decisionmaking processes. Our state association affiliates will be important to that process as they are on the front lines of those discussions.
Introducing the ACTS 25 State Competition

As a leader in your state, have you ever wondered which state boasts the highest number of attendees at NAPT ACTS? We know and even better- we want to share the information and celebrate the state with the most attendees in 2025!
• This year, we invite our state affiliate partners to engage in a friendly competition designed to boost attendance. Let’ s make ACTS 25 a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and the shared passion for safe and efficient pupil transportation!
Allow us to introduce the ACTS 25 State Competition which will be held from April 1 to September 30, 2025. This competitive event invites members from NAPT’ s State Affiliate partners to compete for the title of the state with the highest attendance at ACTS 25. How will the competition work? Each month, we’ ll update a public leaderboard to highlight which states are leading in attendance registrations, fostering excitement and anticipation! To make the competition even more engaging, we will post monthly videos highlighting the respective state leader and feature tips on increasing state engagement. Will there be prizes? Yes! There will be prizes, including special recognition during the opening ceremony at ACTS 25. The affiliate partner with the most attendees from their state, at the close of the competition, will receive:
• Any individual state association member who attends ACTS 25 and currently lacks a membership with NAPT will be granted a complimentary membership starting on December 1, 2025 through the calendar year of 2026
• Serve as a host state for a 2026 NAPT Learning Event( non conference) with free registration for( 4) designated members( location within the state determined by NAPT)
•( 1) individual scholarship to attend ACTS 26( held in Louisville, KY) for a designated member( determined by state leadership)
•( 3) Member Spotlights in School BusRide( determined by state leadership)
• Production of a leadership video for the state affiliate to use
