This scholarship features regional mobility and is awarded to highly qualified students seeking to work on projects of regional and global relevance.

RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIPS

Availability For Doctor of Philosophy students enrolling in Monash University Malaysia.

Recipients will be funded for an immersive placement in Monash University( Australia) of up to 9 months and have access to Monash University’ s global network of research expertise and infrastructure during their candidature period.

Benefits 100 % tuition fee waiver plus a monthly stipend of RM2850 for 33-36 months in Malaysia, and as recipients will be funded for up to 9 months in Monash Australia, a monthly stipend of RM8500 and a grant to cover travel and living expenses in Australia.

Eligibility

• You must possess a minimum academic qualification of First Class Honours( H1) or its equivalence( H1E) recognised by Monash Malaysia

• Other requirements apply.

Conditions You may be required to contribute a maximum of 240 hours per year in academic support and / or research support activities as determined by the managing School.
