What we learned with Toprak in 2020 , in terms of what we needed to allow him to make 100 % use of his own quite ethereal talents , and what we saw that he needed to improve in his own preparation and his own approach to racing , meant that we learned how to help him with that . He ’ s not a lad you can tell what to do because he ’ s just not that character . But you can be empathetic and help him , then he really understands that that help is genuine and he applied himself extremely well to his own improvements .”
