The Czech Republic is by no means a new country - or Central Europe a new zone - for WorldSBK racing to race in . But come 6-8 August , Autodrom Most will become another new circuit on WorldSBK ’ s long journey through racing life and the 51st individual track to have hosted at least one WorldSBK round . There is a strong case that this meeting is the most prestigious and highest profile event that Most will have ever held . With Germany , Poland and Austria all surrounding it , Bohemia in general and Most in particular , are literally at the centre of Central Europe , so this is an important landmark in many ways . It will be the second Czech circuit to run this level of racing , as Brno has been the venue of 11 WorldSBK rounds in all over the yers , the most recent being in 2018 . Czechs , being connoisseurs of motorsport engineering as well as enthusiastic motorcycle racing fans , are more than happy to see an important motorsport like WorldSBK return , especially so after the global Covid-19 pandemic has caused
