• Chairperson mentioned that there will be an Open-
Ended Working Group meeting (OEWG) in Thailand
from 1-5 July 2019 and DEA will be participating. He
further mentioned that South Africa seats in the
implementation committee meeting which starts on 30
June. Feedback from the meeting will be provided
during the next meeting.
• A position paper on the negotiating mandate will be
circulated to all for input as this will be a negotiating DEFF to circulate the July
meeting.

• The next meeting will be on 26 September 2019.
4.2 Closure of the Meeting
• Chairperson thanked everyone for participating in the
meeting and started that Kigali amendment
consultative Legislative workshop at 11:00.
