News from Leitch / Nuus vanaf Leitch
It has been a great 2 months of rain for San Lameer estate and
slowly but surely the gardens are recovering from a very dry 2
years. Let's hope that the drought has eased and we get more than
our normal summer rainfall.
Arbor week (1- 7 September) slipped through very quietly on the
estate. Leitch Landscapes planted 3 of the more common tree out
of the 3 that were nominated. We planted 3 Ficus thonningii
(common wild fig) in the forested areas of the estate. They are
amazing trees but have a very aggressive root system so we decided
to find open patches of forest, far away from any services, and plant
them. Please read the attached brochure for more information.
Can all our Homeowners please note that wherever private
renovations/alterations are conducted to the exterior of their villa
and the gardens are damaged by the contractor, the gardens need
to be returned to the condition they were in before the renovation
commenced. This will be for the cost of the contractor or the
Homeowner. Either Leitch Landscapes or an approved Landscaping
company can quote on and undertake the work.
Only in the case where the renovation or upgrade of the villa or Lot
is under the control of the HOA, will the HOA be responsible for the
costs and repair thereof.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for clarity.
Kind regards

kontrakteur of huiseienaar wees.
