Please take note that this is a planned schedule and may change, but homeowners will receive official notification about the scope of work, time arrangements, duration and costs per unit about three months in advance. The San Lameer Master Homeowners Association (HOA) would like to thank all the effected homeowners for their cooperation within this regard. The HOA also kindly request that homeowners who are owners of the bigger villas in the freestanding lots must note that it is their responsibility to maintain the exterior of their villas. Management will inspect the freestanding villas from time to time to make sure that the villas are up to standard. Homeowners of the villas that are not up to standard will be notified by management and requested to maintain and upgrade their unit accordingly. American Shutters We kindly request all homeowners who are installing white American Shutters inside of the windows of their villas to consider using more earthy colours instead of the white, which forms a huge contrast with the exterior finish of the San Lameer villas.
