Homeowners
In order for Security Department to update the Database on the
ClickOn system we kindly request homeowners to complete the
registration forms. Please find below link for registration forms for
the ClickOn System. Please send your signed form to Mr Dawid
Malan: dawidm@fidelitysecurity.co.za .
RECEPTION
BEACH ACCESS ARMBANDS
The new system, effective from 1 October 2017 is as follows:
Ÿ A new colour armband (orange: 2017/2018) has been incorporated.
Ÿ The homeowner and guest will now pay R10 (in cash) per armband for
beach access.
Ÿ There is an adult and child armband available (same above cost
applicable – only differs in size). Children under 5 do not need an
armband.
Ÿ The armband becomes the property of the homeowner and guest.
NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE OF ARMBANDS
AFTER THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN MADE. NO EXCHANGE OF ADULTS
ARMBANDS FOR CHILDREN'S ARMBANDS OR VICE-VERSA.
WHEN THE GUEST/HOMEOWNER BUYS ARMBANDS, KINDLY ASK THEM TO
FIT THE ARMBAND BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY DECIDE ON WHICH ONE TO
PURCHASE BEFORE YOU PROCESS THE TRANSACTION.
STRANDTOEGANG ARMBANDE
Die nuwe stelsel, wat vanaf 1 Oktober 2017 van krag is, is soos volg:
Ÿ ’n Nuwe kleur armband (oranje: 2017/2018) is geinkorporeer.
Ÿ Die huiseienaar en gas betaal nou R10 (in kontant) per armband vir
toegang tot die strand. Daar is volwasse- en -kinderarmbande
beskikbaar (dieselfde koste is van toepassing op beide). Kinders
onder 5 het nie 'n armband nodig vir toegang nie.
Ÿ Die armband word die eiendom van die huiseienaar en gas.
LET OP: DAAR SAL GEEN ARMBANDE GERUIL WORD NADAT U DIT GEKOOP
HET NIE. GEEN VOLWASSENE ARMBANDE SAL VIR KINDER ARMBANDE OF
ANDERSOM, GERUIL WORD NIE.
WANNEER GASTE / HUISEIENAARS DIE ARMBANDE KOOP, MOET HUL
ASSEBLIEF DIE ARMBANDE PAS VOORDAT HULLE BESLUIT WATTER
GROOTTE OM TE KOOP. NA DIE TRANSAKSIE VIR DIE KOOP VAN
ARMBANDE PLAASGEVIND HET, KAN ONS NIE MEER DIE ARMBANDE RUIL
VIR ‘N ANDER GROOTTE NIE.
SECURITY
Contractors
Please be advised that access ID cards for private maids and
contractors are up for renewal as from 1 October 2017. The cost per
card is R20-00. Two copies of the ID needs to be handed in with the
application form. Please send your signed form to Mr Dawid Malan:
dawidm@fidelitysecurity.co.za.
Vehicle permits for contractors are also up for renewal as from 1
October 2017 at a cost of R550 -00 per permit. Application forms
available from security offices.
Huiseienaars
Om ten einde die sekuriteitsafdeling toe te laat om die databasis van
die ClickOn-stelsel op te dateer, versoek ons van huiseienaars om die
onderstaande registrasievorms te voltooi. Kliek op die skakels
hieronder, vul in en stuur deur aan Mnr Dawid Malan:
dawidm@fidelitysecurity.co.za.
Kontrakteurs
Let asseblief op dat toegangskaarte vir privaatbediendes en
kontrakteurs vanaf 1 Oktober 2017 hernu moet word. Die koste per
kaart beloop R20-00. Twee afskrifte van die betrokke persoon se ID
moet saam met die aansoekvorm ingehanding word. Kliek op die
skakels hieronder, vul in en stuur deur aan Mnr Dawid Malan:

Voertuigpermitte vir kontrakteurs word ook vir vanaf 1 Oktober 2017
teen 'n koste van R550 -00 per permit, hernu. Aansoekvorms
beskikbaar by die sekuriteitskantoor.
