Upgrade of Security Office
We are delighted to report that the Security Office, situated next to the Main
Gate Reception, has undergone a complete internal refurbishment. Included
in the upgrade is a separate office for the Security Manager, Dawid Malan, a
new reception desk, tiles, paint and much more. On the outside you will also
notice that a cubicle was created for the security guard on duty to be
available to incoming traffic, without being in direct sight. The next step is
for the interior to be decorated with furnishings to match the new look! You
are welcome to pop in to view the new offices.

Update of information on Click On System
In order for Security Department to update the Database on the ClickOn
system we kindly request homeowners to complete the registration forms.
Please download the below (applicable) link and send forms to Mr Dawid
Malan: [email protected] .
Private Maids
Please be advised that access ID cards for private maids are up for renewal
as from 1 October 2018. The cost per card is R20-00. Two copies of your
maid's ID needs to be handed in with the application form. Please click on
below Application form to signed and forwarded to Mr Dawid Malan:

Key Control Room
Kindly be informed that we are in the process of upgrading our key control
room. It has come under our attention that the existing tags are faded to
such an extent that the villa numbers are no longer visible. We would like to
standardize all key tags (please see sample).
We would like to ask for your assistance by completing the attached
authorization form which will grant us permission to bill you an amount of
R35.00 on your homeowner levy account for the manufacturing of the tag.
Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated in this regard.
Opgradering van Sekuriteitskantoor
Ons is bly om te rapporteer dat die Veiligheidskantoor, geleë langs die
Hoofhekontvangs, 'n volledige interne opknapping ondergaan het. Ingesluit in
die opgradering is 'n aparte kantoor vir die sekuriteitsbestuurder, Dawid
Malan, 'n nuwe onthaalbank, teëls, verf en nog baie meer. Aan die buitekant
sal jy ook sien dat 'n hokkie geskep is vir die veiligheidswag wat aan diens is
om vir aankomende verkeer beskikbaar te wees, sonder dat dit direk in sig is.
Die volgende stap is dat die binnekant versier sal word met meubels om by
die nuwe voorkoms te pas! U is welkom om 'n draai te maak en die nuwe
kantore te gaan besigtig.
Opdatering van inligting op “ClickOn”- stelsel
Ten einde die Sekuriteitsdepartement te help om die databasis op die
“ClickOn”-stelsel op te dateer, versoek ons huiseienaars om die
registrasievorms te voltooi. Laai asseblief die onderstaande (toepaslike)
