Amendments include an army reservist’s right to the same job or an equivalent job after a period of service, so asking about outside commitments and plans with the reservists unit will be a legitimate question during interviews, as well as notifying employers of their intention to return. More detail can be found here. • Jersey’s minimum wage will increase to £7.18; training rates will also increase to £5.39 for a year 1 trainee, and £6.28 for a year 2. Further guidance and approved training can be found on the JACS website.
