How to achieve high employee engagement and stop
employees walking out the door
According to a recent study, job satisfaction in the UK has fallen to its lowest level
in two years resulting in around a quarter of workers looking for jobs elsewhere.
Whilst the cost of rehiring others to take their place is understood, there are
significant hidden costs to losing employees that are rarely taken into account, and
that is where the trouble really starts.
Of course, to avoid the impact of losing good people, it’s best to stop them leaving
in the first place. This is where employee engagement comes into its own.
In our latest guide, we look at what constitutes good employee engagement and
how to ensure it is embedded across the organisation so that it has the most
positive effect. The time to address employee engagement is now, because, if not,
it could be one of the costliest mistakes an organisation ever makes.
