I started with Alorica in January of 2016 as Visual information Designer and Content Development Department Manager for Samsung SEM | SELA , developing technical support content for agents and clients in both subsidiaries . Two Months ago , I was promoted to Marketing and Visual Communication Manager to work coordinating and designing the futures Samsung Connections Magazines editions , I got my Social Media ACE to create strategies and create ideas for Alorica ’ s Kennedy Social Media , and also , material design for the internal communication of Kennedy Site .
Work in this project has been a dream come true to me , because when you love what you do no one can stop you . Design with passion , create experiences , connecting people with an effective communication and dynamic strategies are those pieces of the puzzle that make the difference . I want to put those special pieces together for the Alorica family . I hope you like this edition as much as we love to do it for you . meet

I Started at Alorica on August 2016 as Content Creator for SEM & SELA . In late November I was promoted to the Marketing & Digital Communication Department as Specialist . I ' m the creative side behind Samsung Connections Magazine .
My goal is to express the behind the scenes of our day to day at Alorica in a visual way throught the mag . Yeah , Samsung Connections , the one you are reading right now . Here at the department , my partner Luisaura and I , also work with the marketing of Alorica in Social Media , Ads , Internal Communication and design for Samsung & Alorica of Kennedy Site .
I love to create great content that people love and create an experience they can ' t forget easily . I put passion in everything I do , and maybe thats my motto ( mi sello diferenciador ). Since I was young , I have always loved to be involved in the design & art world . Also , I ' m always learning new things & improving my skills .
