As we close 2016 , I wanted to take a few moments to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the insanely great staff in Greenville , SC .

We have gone through many challenges this year , culminating with supporting Samsung with two critical product recalls as we entered the busiest part of the year , but we ’ ve also had many success stories as well .
We ’ ve raised the base wage of our agents as well as our management staff , we ’ ve brought on some very talented individuals to help shore up our support staff and client services teams and we have gotten back to the Greenville of old when it comes to performance . Over the last four weeks , the Greenville site is the top overall Samsung vendor site , based on the Vendor Scorecard that was delivered this week .
This is an AWESOME way to close out the year !! As we enter 2017 , we cannot take our foot of the gas .
We must continue to do the things that we have been doing so well , like coaching and developing not only our frontline agents , but our managers and support staff and continuously working to improve our bench strength . In 2017 , we will be working harder than ever to partner with Samsung to really provide our customers with exceptional service and to consistently lead the pack , week over week . Our success starts with each and every one of YOU ! YOU are the team that fuels this rocket as it screams above all of our competitors ! I firmly believe that 2017 will be our best year yet , with the Greenville team head and shoulders above everyone else ! Let ’ s make 2017 a GREAT YEAR !
