I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all your efforts throughout the year . 2016 was by no means an easy year for us . We started off with significant challenges but with your hard work and dedication , we end year 2016 stronger , achieved many improvements , successes , and we are in a better position to serve customers and clients .
