I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all your efforts throughout the year. 2016 was by no means an easy year for us. We started off with significant challenges but with your hard work and dedication, we end year 2016 stronger, achieved many improvements, successes, and we are in a better position to serve customers and clients.
