Francisco Marte was born in the USA. He is happily married, he has a daughter and another baby is coming up. Cisco started as an agent and rapidly demonstrated talent and passion to share his knowledge with others, was drafted by the training department and he has been a very solid trainer since then.
He loves technology, and usually repairs and fix elect ronics on his spare time.”
When he is not rocking training, Cisco loves to party and meet with friends, he is one of the most talented members of the training staff within Alorica

I have been working for Alorica for nearly 7 years. During that period I acquire a lot of knowledge and experience which allowed me to develop myself in many fields.
I was an agent, then became a quality analyst, and finally promoted to be a trainer. In my current position, I have the privilege to guide the trainees through the learning process so efficiently that they can display confidence, commitment and integrity towards each other, and their daily duties.
To sum it up, throughout those years I have learned to work as team and develop genuine interpersonal relationship with my colleagues and my trainees.
