Companies have an active role in the community development process and in achieving greater prosperity and well-being for members of the communities in which they operate. Let us agree first to that assessing private sector companies does not depend any longer solely on their profitability, but also on their ability to contribute to the community development process and to achieve greater prosperity and well-being for the members of the communities in which they operate. Hence, Retaj Group has realized that it is not isolated from the community and realized that it must carry out an important and central role, along with other actors, in the development of the community in which the Group operates.
