It aims to achieve a balanced cooperation between the public sector, the private sector and the local society to achieve sustainable development without relying entirely on one side, while completely exempting the other side from responsibility. CSR exceeded in major countries the quality of random offers that are unregulated and has no definite target. Major enterprises instead have an essential developmental role and their participation in development has become an integral part of their activities. CSR now plays a key role in the achievement of sustainable development and serving members of the community since CSR is no longer an option but has become a major part of companies› work as well as the physical routine they practice. Moreover, the practice of CSR has become a powerful tool to consolidate the presence of companies and institutions within the fabric of the society in which they operate.
