80 Chef Mohamed Jumaa is a distinctive chef, with vast professional cooking skills that made him master all aspects of food preparation. Having over twenty-eight years of experience in Hoteling and catering; Jumaa›s journey started in 1990, after graduating from The Higher Institute for Hotel Studies› specialty cuisine, as “Cook1” at “Furat Al Cham Hotel” in Syria. Promptly, Jumaa became famous in the field of hotel management at various luxury hotels, most prominently 8 years in» Sheraton Damascus». Shortly thereafter, he moved to Doha to become the head executive chef for a chain of Doha›s largest five-star restaurants. Currently, he is appointed at Retaj Hotels and Hospitality as Regional Head Chef.
