ALUMNI NOTES Daniel B. Aguinaga ’00 is in graduate school in Richmond, in a program tailored for people who want to pursue a career in advertising. Hugh A. (Pollock) MacKay ’01 received a Master of Philosophy at King’s College, Cambridge, in 2010 and is now applying to law schools. He was recently accepted into his first so far: University of Edinburgh, U.K. Antonio B. Aguinaga ’03 graduated from Vanderbilt with a degree in business and film, worked in a movie during the summer as an assistant producer and is now working for the producer Scott Rudin in New York. Zach Weisz ’03 is doing an internship at 30 Rock. C. Alec L. Smith, ’05 is enjoying his junior year at College of Charleston where he often sees fellow Saint David’s alums, Giulio Serena de Lapigio ’05 and Matthew McCarthy ’06. He spent his summer interning at a law firm in Georgetown, SC, and working at The DeBordieu Club, also in Georgetown. He also enjoyed catching up with Cameron Kemal ’05 during Thanksgiving in New York City. He does miss his hometown, but loves being in South Carolina. Robert B. Barker ’08 will be graduating from Avon Old Farms in May and has decided to pursue environmental studies in college. He has been actively involved in starting a community garden at Avon along with his continued interest in nature photography. His images can be seen at www.robertbarkerphotography.com. Greg Landegger ’85, with son Brooks, a third grader at Saint David’s. Brooks performed as Fritz in the New York City Ballet’s 2011 production of The Nutrcracker. The production was aired live in December on public television (PBS). Edward “Tiller” H. Tillinghast, IV ’08, a senior at Kent School, was appointed Senior Prefect to lead the student body for the 2011–2012 school year by the Headmaster, faculty, administration, and graduating Senior Council in May 2011. He is also the co-president of Kent’s Model United Nations Team, which was scheduled to compete at the Princeton University Model United Nations Program in December 2011, and was chosen by the United States Naval Academy to attend its highly selective Summer Seminar in June 2011.
