a team of people who believe as you do, it is important to not only lead them but even more so, to learn from them, to watch for the gifts they bring with them and learn what it is that lured them to this particular calling. Only then is it possible to effectively work in tandem to bring out the best in everyone. There is so much beauty in this world but sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of that beauty with the darkness that also shares the world with us. Be the light to guide others through the darkness. Let them see there is hope. Let them hear of the goodness in the human condition. Let them never lose sight of the most beautiful prize we all share. Humanity. At the end of the day, it’s all we have. It’s all that we can pass on to others in this generation, and the next, to make sure we all get to the finish line as one and that we all “be good men,” women, and humans.
