Strategy 6 Meet twice per year with the External Stakeholder Committee ( ESC ) and develop a playbook for the committee highlighting their roles and responsibilities . ESC leads tracking and evaluation of safety actions in this plan . Ask ESC members that represent disadvantaged communities to present at each ESC meeting on safety updates and community needs . Encourage ESC members to incorporate the safety vision , goal , and strategies of Safe Streets Arlington into their respective initiatives at work and in their communities . Engage with TxDOT , schools , UTA , hospitals , and first responders a minimum of two times per year on safety actions .
