Solutions Board Instructions
We will have 5 breakout sessions ( rooms ) during our ESC meeting . The following people will be assigned to reach room :
Room 1 – Josh – Leadership , Commitment , and Culture Room 2 – Nicole – Data Collection and Analysis Room 3 – Natalie – Planning and Policy Room 4 – Wayne – Project Delivery Room 5 – Heather – Safe System Framework
• Review the pages in this document and select the one that is assignment to you .
• Take notes during the presentation as to what the committee identified as the top challenges for your identified topic . Each page has a “ Benchmark Notes ” section to assist you .
• Following the presentation , diLerent teams will join your room every six minutes . Each time , pull up your onepage Solutions Board , share your screen and write-down input from participates . You may choose to leave the one page up for all six sessions , or you may choose to make copies of your Solutions Board and use a fresh one for each group . This is your choice !
• While engaging your room , ask them what solutions they suggest for your topic and write them on your page . ( It will be helpful to refer to the challenges they identified via Menti during the presentation .)
• Make any additional notes on your sheet and return to Leigh after the meeting : leigh @ piacommunications . com
