This was an opportunity to initiate a series of interactive activities using Mentimeter and break-out rooms . Nicole asked that participants discuss the biggest challenges in reducing fatal and serious injury crashes as well as addressing the solutions by taking each of the previously discussed elements and identifying the challenges and solutions for each . Details for each of the elements are listed below . And participants ’ input is notated in the Feedback and Input section of this document .
Leadership , Commitment , and Culture
