Swimmers will continually be evaluated and moved to the next level as soon as they are ready, even mid-session. Level 5 – Beginning swimmers learn basic technique of 4 strokes and develop lap swimming ability. Level 6 – Intermediate swimmers who are ready to refine stroke technique and increase endurance. Level 7 – 1 hour workouts for advanced swimmers to continue to develop technique, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Perfect for the non-competitive swimmer and cross-training for other sports. HOW TO CHOOSE A LEVEL: If you are unsure which level is best, please choose the lower level. Swimmers are evaluated by staff on a daily basis and will be promoted as soon as they are ready at no additional cost. All levels are at the same days/times. Promoted swimmer will move to a new lane in the pool. SWIM Rec SET Swim LESSONS Swimming Team SET RE
