STANLEY HAMMER HONOREE
MIKE RUST
has been named San Antonio
Apartment Association’s 2019
Stanley Hammer Honoree,
SAAA’s highest honor given to an
individual who has made outstanding
contributions to the San Antonio area
apartment industry while acting in
an honest and ethical manner.
The award is named in memory of Stanley Hammer.
What made him special was the honorable way in which
he conducted his apartment business, and his long-term
contribution to the apartment industry.
It is the most prestigious award by the San Antonio Apart-
ment Association. It is only given to an individual who has
made outstanding contributions to the San Antonio area
apartment industry while acting in an honest and ethical
manner. It is not an annual award but rather only awarded
when there is a worthy candidate.
Excerpts from Marc Ross’ presentation of the award...

Antonio area apartment industry. All I can tell you is I’m
amazed.
