strategic decision we have taken,

The project is split into two

Raubex is currently busy with
phase two and expects to finish
the project in November this year.
“Each block ranges from 24 to
28 units with solar geysers; we
installed the solar geysers to be
environmentally friendly,” says
project manager, Solly Mabunda.
People from the nearby
Madel’ukhufa Township have
moved in already, with more
people scheduled to move in in
completed units. “This is a five-
year project, so more blocks will
be going up,” he says.
A shopping centre is also in the
pipeline and a school is already
under construction.
