Drew counts on his“ foodie” friends for restaurant recommendations and then consults Yelp or Google for further information. He usually checks with his wife before making a reservation over OpenTable. Menu variety and ambience are most important to him, and he likes to dine at the same fine dining places over and over again, or go to a new place that has been positively reviewed by a friend. You won’ t find Drew interacting with restaurants on social media( he checks in on social every“ one to two months”), but he said he may consider it if the restaurant had a Groupon deal or a special offering for restaurant week.

“ When evaluating fine dining, I consider how the food was, the wait time( I get a little fired up when I have a 9p. m. reservation and then have to wait). I don’ t like old stuffy places. A fun bar is always nice, just because it’ s fine dining doesn’ t mean it needs to be old.”
