Andre Williams, the youngest of three boys was born to Jesse and Cleola Williams in Shreveport La. The foundation was laid early having been raised in a Christian home and growing up in the church. Upon completion of high school, Andre attended Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, La., where he majored in Medical Technology.
Andre met his beautiful wife Jennifer in 1996 and the two got married in May of 1997. They are the proud parents of two handsome sons, Andre and Kameron. The Williams family relocated to Dallas, TX in 2001. Andre, who is a Medical Technologist, is currently a student at Dallas Christian College seeking a degree in Ministry and Leadership. Upon completion, he plans to attend Dallas Theological Seminary pursing his Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies. He accepted his call to the ministry in 2011. He is passionate about serving a God that allows a man of many mistakes to share his testimony to other men and women. Andre strongly believes that we as believers have to connect Christian beliefs with Christian living. He uses this ideology of scriptures as his motto, “People are destroyed for lack of knowledge” Hosea 4:6.
Though the couple has been married for 18 years, they experienced hardships within that time. He believes that they were headed to divorce court; not because they didn’t want to be married, but because they didn’t know how to be married. Jennifer didn’t know how to be a wife and Andre didn’t know how to be a husband to a hurting wife. After years of dysfunction, the couple made God the head of their marriage, thereby creating a three strand cord and they chose to forgive and stay committed to one another. Andre has allowed his life experiences to shift his paradigm of thought as it pertains to being a Godly man, husband and father. He and his wife are the Co-founders of a marriage ministry called Remember The Covenant, which was birthed in 2013. Their ministry was founded to help educate, motivate and empower married couples in the understanding of God’s sovereign plan and obedience to his word and they are intentional on using their experiences in order to save other marriages across the world.
