Tenbury RUGBY CLUB
Tenbury Rugby Club has been enjoying a fine season this year and find themselves right in the title mix as the campaign draws to a close . Rugby Club Magazine recently caught up with their Chairman Roger Gough to find out more about the set up they have in place .
He told us , “ I first became involved in Tenbury Rugby Club as a player after I left school back in the 1970s . Following my playing days , I had little to do with the club except for attending VP ’ s days , and supporting on the touchline until the mid- 2000s when my sons returned home from school and became involved as players .” “ It has to be said that all players are made welcome and this was a huge factor for them in making local friends quickly and becoming part of the local community again . This is of course replicated throughout the country .
