Conservation Action Fund : Africa
The Rainforest Trust Conservation Action Fund supports urgent conservation action when and where it is needed most in tropical regions around the world . The Conservation Action Fund allows Rainforest Trust and our local partners to secure and protect critical habitats that would otherwise be lost to unsustainable development , agriculture or natural resources extraction .
This report focuses on our work in Africa , where the Conservation Action Fund has supported many projects and resulted in the protection of more than 13 million acres since 2017 , thanks to your generous support .
In this issue , we feature projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo , Ethiopia , Kenya , South Africa and Liberia .
