Director’ s Note
Meet our Advisory Council Members
Director’ s Note
2016 was a great year for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. We had more than 300 active seniors that put in 40,411 hours of volunteer service in Dubuque County.
In 2017, we are adding new volunteer opportunities. We are expanding our environmental stewardship program adding Swiss Valley Conservation Area and the food pantry is adding a summer volunteer opportunity, Summer Youth Lunch Program.( See page 4 for details) We also have plenty of positions that need filling: Washington Tool Library, Presentation Lantern, Unity Point Health Finely Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Disaster Response Team for the Volunteer Reception Center, Mines of Spain, and many more. Please help us spread the word. If you have any friends or family members who might be interested in volunteering please share the RSVP contact information. Phone 563-589-2622 or email rsvp. dbq @ gmail. com.
Best regards,
Marie Zoromski
