Hamburger heaven
Ingredients:
1kg ground beef, 2 teaspoons steak seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, 1 diced onion,
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of hot English mustard, 4 slices of cheddar cheese,
4 thinly sliced pineapple rings, 1 cup barbecue sauce, 4 large leaves of butter lettuce,
4 seeded rolls, butter or margarine, 2 cloves of garlic.
Directions:
1 Cook diced onions and let cool
2 Mix beef with steak seasoning, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce.
3. Shape into 8 patties.
3 On top of 4 patties, place 1 slice cheddar cheese, and 1/4 of cooled onions
4 Place the remainng 4 patties on top and seal off the edges
5 Grill burgers to their juiciest and cooked.
6 Spread butter or margarine lightly on the seeded rolls and grill until slightly toasted.
8 Assemble burgers by lathering the bun with barbecue sauce, adding the pineapple, butter
and finally the scrumtuous burger. Then tuck in.
