Letter from the Editor
! I started out my high school career with a slight interest in photography but, knowing nothing about film. Starting out ninth grade with Mr Herman, the digital video teacher as well as my advisor, I saw him create a hunger for film in SLA. He would show us what his class had produced and it was truly amazing.
! By the time junior year came I was hooked. I wanted in on what the past classes had. I wanted to see what it was like behind the camera. So I took the intro class. The excitement for filming over took me. I loved it but, more than that, I thought it was amazing that kids like us were making things like this. High quality, professional films. Us, 16-year-old kids, were making something worth watching.
! Now it’ s the end of senior year and I can proudly say that digital video has taken over my life. I wouldn’ t change anything because I love it, and all it took was some cameras and encouragement.
