ROTARY EXCHANGE 28 2014/2015 Inbound Rotary Exchange Students Trip to Slavonija F irst, I would like to thank the Rotary clubs in ming form North America, have never been on a train Slavonski Brod and Pozega for organizing this before. There were some Rotarians there and they welcomed us to Slavonski Brod and gave us an explanation of the city and its history. We then met up with our tour guide, who showed us around the fortress, explaining how it came to be and the Turkish involvement. We visited the Tambure museum as well, which was so cool to see and learned about how it’s evolved over the years to produce the Croatian music we still hear today.
