Cadaveria the group is formed by the former members of Cadaveria Opera IX (ex-vocalist) and Flegias (ex-drummer) in 2001. After this, both form the band, along with Frank Booth, Killer Bob and Baron Harkonnen, this great Italian band has a unique blend of symphonic gothic metal with doom and black! Which is not the conventional sound among many other discs you can hear, it is what makes this band so special. After having spent the recent years in promoting and doing live shows in countries in Europe and Latin America, now CADAVERIA is ready to deal with future commitments and his second guitarist, Dick Laurent, has joined the combination. The quintet finished with their fourth full-length album, entitled “Horror Metal”, released on January 31, 2012 (Bakerteam Records). A new era of blood, pain and darkness has begun! Since the release of our latest album “Horror Metal” in January 2012, I never stopped working with the band: interviews, promotion, merchandising, music videos, tours and a recent DVD. I can really say there are very few behind the scenes moments in my life as I’m constantly concentrated on music. Tell us five male and female vocalists who are your inspiration. Those who contributed to form your style? My favorite singers are MJ Keenan from Tool and Skin from Skunk Anansie, but I cannot say they are a source of inspiration.
