Roblox Staff: Bullies?

ROBLOX Staff: Bullies?
For a long time now a large amount of ROBLOXians have accused the team of been bullies and generally been mean towards them. Subsequently, Roblox International have decided to investigate and delve into the deep details of this controversial matter.
Recently, ROBLOX administrator Shedletsky was accused (by some users) of bullying a ROBLOXian on Twitter. This user asked politely how he could be unbanned. In return Shedletsky tweeted, I quote, 'you can't. go play minecraft.' First of all, I think that staff at a place such as ROBLOX should be using correct grammar, even on Twitter, to be professional and set a good example. Either Shedletsky's caps lock button and shift button failed or he decided to throw grammar out the window. Anyway, it's also unprofessional to act this way towards (in essence) a client.
I imagine if this was say Club Penguin or another large online game targeted towards kids to teens Shedletsky may have lost his job over something like that.

After further research Shedletsky appears to have a lot of unprofessional sarcastic, slightly rude things to say on Twitter. This would be fine if this wasn't a game for kids and he wasn't an adult that is meant to be responsible. Although it must be frustrating to put up with the garbage and not be able to express himself, it doesn't mean he should be able to be mean to users.
No offence Shedletsky, but your behavior appears to be slightly too rude in the opinion of many members and myself. If you're boss doesn't think so, then I guess you'll probably keep doing it and let down the community...
On the other hand, I myself have had good experiences with many ROBLOX staff around the forums, in private message and on games. For the most part the team at ROBLOX are friendly, kind, caring and patient people that don't get the respect and acknowledgment they deserve. SlingshotJunkie is a cool guy who replies to your messages if you didn't know.
To answer the question, no. Just whenever a staff member does something bad it gets way more publicity then when they do something good.
