Mission The mission of the Collegiate Athlete Educational Program( CAEP) is to provide education, information, and the tools enabling parent( s) or legal guardian( s) and student-athletes( sons or daughters) the opportunity to make the best decision in the selection of a college.
Potential Financial Impact Over a four to five year period, parents could potentially save up to $ 200,000 with their son / daughter receiving an athletic and / or academic scholarship. The investment in completing the entire CAEP will be well worth its cost.
Overview of the Program The Collegiate Athlete Educational Program( CAEP) includes a series of three sessions:
Introductory Seminar- The Big Picture( 1 hour) Workshop I- Developing Your Action Plan( 2 hours) Workshop II- Making the Decision( 2 hours)
Demographics The targeted audience includes any girl or boy before 9th grade through 12th grade levels in public, private or home-school settings. Immediate target is also with parents / guardians and exposure with high school coaches, athletic directors, principals, counselors and administrators.
Seminar / Workshop Facilitators Facilitators include individuals who have been directly involved in intercollegiate athletics. They include former collegiate coaches at the NCAA Division I level, senior-level athletics administrators, and collegiate athletes... just to name a few.
