Zara a brand which has a physical store and also an online store, however it also operates in other countries than the UK. Zara is an extremely popular brand which is growing majorly, any time going into a zara shop (personally) it is always jam packed with people. By working both in store and online zara has to make sure stores always have enough stock and online warehouses have the right products in stok otherwise it will lea to an unsatisfied customer which can lead to a bad reputation which it doesn't want. Zara uses paperbags which is good for the environment which customers may like about the company. In addition to this Zara by working in store and online has an extremely large customer base and also attracts the footfall. The way Zara communicates with their audience is through in store promotions so whilst you're shopping in stor you physically see the promotions, also Zara's twitter account is very good at responding to tweets and helping the customers. This shows a verry good level of customer service. Finally Zara have an Instagram acunt, which is another form of social media where hey put products onto there and promote their new collections. However they don't email customers pomotions or offers so customers would have to go into store to find any promotions which customers may not want to do. By not only doing womanswear it also does childrens wear and menswear so that increases the customer base. Zara has become extremely popular for the younger generation, but Zara must make sure they are able to help their customers and provide the customer with the service they deserve otherwise they could potentially loose out on revenue which could lead onto profit for the retailer. Zara doesn't advertise because they rely on word of mouth and also fashion bloggers, however they would advertise through magazines. By having so many stores Zara will have to pay for the stores and pay for them to be relevated etc. And by having so many staff members in each store is more money to be paid out from the business so staff members must make sure they help customers so they dont loose out on sales and allow the company to keep on growing.
