Are you involved in any sports, clubs, church groups or extracurricular activities?
I’ ve been dancing for 15 years. I’ m also a photographer and enjoy capturing a variety of subjects, though I primarily photograph weddings. I’ ve been pursuing photography for about a year and have loved growing my skills and creativity through it. What is your favorite Riverfest event?
The parade. My house is right along the parade route, so it has become a special tradition for my family and friends to gather together and enjoy the festivities.
What is your favorite place or thing to do in Monticello?
I enjoy going for walks along Monticello’ s trails. I also love spending time at the beach, paddleboarding, playing in the water and soaking up the sun. What are you most passionate about?
Photography. I enjoy capturing special moments and expressing my creativity while creating memories that people can cherish. What is a fun fact about you? I’ ve traveled internationally and visited many states. I love experiencing different cultures, ways of life and beautiful places.
What community service or volunteer work have you done or would you like to do?
I’ d like to become more involved in volunteering throughout the community and use my time and talents to help others whenever I can.
Can you describe yourself in five words?
Empathetic, supportive, honest, determined and caring.
What are your plans after high school?
I plan to attend college and pursue a career that allows me to continue helping others while growing personally and professionally. Who is your role model and why?
My mom. She has always supported me, encouraged me to work hard and taught me the importance of kindness, honesty and perseverance.
If you could go anywhere, where would it be and why?
Germany. My family’ s heritage is from Germany, and I’ d love the opportunity to experience its culture, history and beautiful scenery firsthand.

Why did you decide to become a candidate for the Monticello Royal Ambassador Program?
I love the program so much that I wanted to come back and experience it all again. I love meeting new people and making friends everywhere we go.
Are you involved in any sports, clubs, church groups or extracurricular activities?
I’ ve been involved in 4-H for about 12 years, where I show dogs and poultry and serve as a camp counselor. I’ ve also competed in cross country and track since seventh grade, and I’ ve participated in school musicals and one-act plays since my freshman year. What is your favorite Riverfest event? Art in the Park is one of my
favorites because my family always goes together, and I enjoy seeing all the booths, including my sponsor, The Crummy Boys Shop. I also love the parade because I’ ve enjoyed watching it for years and even participating in it.
What is your favorite place or thing to do in Monticello?
Harry Larson County Park. My mom and I love walking the trails there with our dogs and exploring the woods together.
What are you most passionate about?
The activities I’ m involved in. Whether it’ s 4-H, running or theater, I put a lot of hard work into everything I do and enjoy challenging myself to grow. What is a fun fact about you? My only sister is 15 years younger than I am, and my only brother is 17 years younger.
What community service or volunteer work have you done?
I’ ve volunteered at school concession stands, participated in 4-H community service projects and packed meals at Feed
