I hope all has been well with you and your business since our last issue. Things have been moving forward at a rapid pace here at Sterling, and we have been hard at work doing what we do best. Over the last couple of months, I have been thinking about a number of topics, unrelated at first glance, but they all have one thing in common: they are issues which all fall by the wayside in comparison to most major insurance and coverage topics. With that in mind, our team has put together a number of articles that I am proud to include, covering those issues. The mission with this month’s magazine, as always, is twofold. We want to inform you about things that could affect you and your business, and we want to start you thinking about some ways that processes can be streamlined or improved. With those ideas in mind, I will leave you to the core content of this issue. If you have any questions or comments, we would love to hear from you. Likewise, if you have topics that you want to see covered in future issues of Sterling Insurance Group Risk & Busin ess Magazine, drop us a line at 888-525-7575.
