FRONTLINE REAL ESTATE PARTNERS space. One of their latest project— a 417,000-square-foot industrial building in Oak Creek— reflects this forward-thinking approach. Positioned along a busy freeway, the development will provide prime visibility to over 200,000 people daily.
THE FUTURE OF FRONTLINE AND ITS EXPANSION BEYOND WISCONSIN
With a strong foothold in southeastern Wisconsin, Frontline is expanding. Frontline’ s latest milestone is a 320,000-square-foot development in Melbourne, Florida— a testament to their strategic vision and ability to enter high-growth markets with precision. Located along I-95, this project showcases Frontline’ s ability to identify high-potential markets and deliver top-tier properties.
But for John, success isn’ t just about growth— it’ s about maintaining the integrity and personal touch that have always defined Frontline. That means continuing to build strong relationships, investing in long-term tenants, and ensuring every property is managed with the same level of care and attention.
A CULTURE OF COMMITMENT AND THE FRONTLINE TEAM
Behind every successful business is a dedicated team, and Frontline is no exception. Many of John’ s colleagues have been with him for decades— rare in an industry known for high turnover. His assistant, Krissy Mosca, has worked alongside him for 25 years, while his righthand man, Keith Eismann, has been with him for 37 years.
“ We don’ t use temp workers, and we don’ t outsource management,” John says proudly.“ When you work with Frontline, you’ re working with people who know the industry inside and out.”
Even John’ s children are getting involved. His five kids, ranging from first grade to seventh grade, regularly visit project sites and help where they can— just as John did growing up in the business.
A PERSONAL MISSION THAT GOES BEYOND REAL ESTATE
While commercial real estate is John’ s professional passion, his personal mission extends further. One cause close to his
heart is the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics( FAST: www. cureangelman. org). His daughter, Grace, was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a rare neurogenetic disorder affecting motor skills, communication, and development. As a board member and former chairperson of FAST, John has played a crucial role in advancing groundbreaking research.
THE FRONTLINE DIFFERENCE
In an industry where profits often come before people, Frontline stands out by prioritizing relationships, integrity, and
long-term success. Whether it’ s building custom industrial spaces, guiding clients through complex deals, or giving back to the community, John and his team prove that real estate is about more than just buildings— it’ s about building a legacy.
Frontline isn’ t just expanding— it’ s setting the gold standard in commercial real estate, where personalized service and cuttingedge solutions create unmatched value for businesses. With innovation at its core and relationships at its heart, the company is poised to shape the future of commercial real estate for generations to come. +
