Smile. Listen. Connect.
Moody Culture
S
ince 1972, Moody Insurance has
built a reputation for offering
more than expansive insurance
capabilities and exceptional risk
management solutions. We’ve
built our reputation on taking care of our
clients and our people.
We have created a culture based on a
strong work ethic and a fun, family
atmosphere that enables us to attract and
retain the best of the best in the insurance
industry. We are proud to be a family-
owned business that serves as a consistent,
valued partner in Colorado. Our goal is
that all of our employees and customers
feel part of the family—that they have
someone they can rely on, day in and day
out.
Our mantra — Smile. Listen. Connect.
— is what we strive for every day. It is
about promoting a friendly and caring
atmosphere throughout the organization
and projecting that attitude to each of
our clients. In addition to providing the
services they need, we want our clients to
enjoy doing business with us, so our goal
is always to listen to and truly connect
with each of our clients in a positive,
constructive way.
We have worked hard to maintain our
strong culture as we have grown into an
organization with over 125 employees
and four locations. We take pride in
the longevity of our client relationships
and our clients’ continued trust in our
expertise. We are equally proud of the
loyalty of our staff, many of whom have
been with Moody Insurance for over 10
years — a rarity in today’s workplace.
employees. Building this culture has truly
has been a team effort. Moody Insurance
would not be where we are today without
the hard work, dedication, and hospitable
spirit of our incredible employees. +
As we grow, we are always looking for
new and creative ways to stay connected
within the organization. We have
instituted quarterly, all-employee
meetings as well as a company intranet
to share information, success stories,
employee profiles, and group photos.
In addition to the work we do inside the
company to promote a stronger culture,
Moody Insurance has a strong tradition
of giving back to the broader Colorado
communities in which we live and
work. Our employees volunteer for local
organizations including Ronald McDonald
House, Brent’s Place, Special Olympics,
and Flight for Life. We are proud of our
5-year involvement with Judi’s House, a
local nonprofit organization that provides
support to children and families who
have lost a family member. Through our
annual charity golf tournament, we have
raised over $396,000 for this outstanding
charity.
Seeing this company grow into what it is
today makes me more certain than ever
that our personalized approach is a key
differentiator — for our clients and for our
