he real estate industry,
perhaps understandably, has
had a historical tendency to
generate an all-for-one type
mentality. Unfortunately, that
isn’t the best way to do business. It leads
to negativity in the workplace, faltering
sales due to a lack of a team mentality,
and eventually becomes a detriment
to the clients that the business itself is
trying to help. Business, when you get

right down to it, is about relationships.
Relationships between employees,
between clients, and between companies.
Relationships are built on trust and
commitment. Jason Wolf, founder of
Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE),
has come to understand this principle
very well.
Even from a very young age, Jason
had the entrepreneurial spirit and the
hustle required to make things happen.
Whether that meant carrying grocery
bags for the elderly in supermarkets
growing up, selling candy door to
door, caddying at the local golf club, or
running a marketing business during
college, the spark was always there.
His father, a real estate developer
and entrepreneur himself, often had
long conversations at the dinner table
about real estate. Growing up in that
environment, it became an interest for
