the health of a patient, an
Organization Development
(OD) consultant evaluates
the health of a business and
then attacks deficiencies to create
a healthy organization. Similar to
health specialists approach to patients,
OD consultants are highly skilled at
focusing on an organization to diagnose
and prescribe changes needed to
correct deficiencies and “blind spots”
throughout the organization.
The OD consultant can perform
