Debbie O’Neil began her career in
insurance in 1980 when she moved to
British Columbia. In 1984, she returned
home to St. John’s where she pursued
her career in the commercial lines sector,
becoming an associate member of the
Insurance Institute of Canada in 1990.
She received her Canadian Accredited
Insurance Broker designation in 1993.
In 2009, Debbie joined the Cal LeGrow
family, where she now services a variety
of midmarket and large commercial
accounts. She continues to live in
St. John’s with her husband and two
children, and is dedicated to giving
back to her community through various
associations.
