MEET THE TEAM
JANE COLLETT JEFF CRAWFORD SHAYNE PROSSER
Jane joined Cain Insurance in 2017 where
she is currently a Personal Lines Account
Manager. Originally from McAdam, NB,
she has extensive experience as a Pharmacy
Technician (both retail and hospital) as
well as in Office Administration. She loves
interacting with her clients at Cain. Jeff, who has been with Cain Insurance
since 2012, is a Commercial Insurance
Producer. Originally from Muniac, NB, he
has a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the University of New Brunswick and
a diploma from the Canadian School of Tax
Accounting. Jeff has the CAIB designation
and previously worked as an accountant. He
likes working in the insurance field as he sees
every risk and customer story as different. Jeff
has two young children, a 3-year-old boy and
a 6-month-old girl, and is a huge fan of the
Montreal Canadiens and the Dallas Cowboys. Shayne is a Commercial Insurance Producer
at Cain Insurance who has been with us
since 2008. He has a Bachelor of Business
Administration from the University of New
Brunswick (Fredericton). Growing up in
Florenceville, NB, Shayne worked as the
manager of a building supply store upon
graduating college. He enjoys those moments
in the insurance industry “when you know
you have really helped somebody out—found
a client a great price or helped them find
coverage that is difficult to find.” In his spare
time, Shayne likes to coach hockey and enjoys
dirt-biking, camping, and boating.
Jane enjoys spending time with family,
including her new granddaughter and
her 4-legged son, Remi. She enjoys outdoor
activities, and the fall season brings all kinds
of sport her way.
SHELLEY MILLS TARA NOSEWORTHY NANCY MCCOY
Shelley is a Commercial Account Manager
who has been with Cain Insurance since
2011. She earned a Bachelor in Business
Administration from the University of New
Brunswick. Shelley was born in Toronto and
grew up in Tabustinac, NB. Prior to working
at Cain, she worked for 17 years with Sunbury
Transport Ltd. She enjoys the customer
contact her position affords her as well as the
opportunity to retain her customers’ business.
Shelley enjoys trips to Halifax and St. John’s
to see her children, Ryan and Carley, and
having family and friends over for dinner. Tara is the Accounting and HR Assistant
to Nancy McCoy at Cain Insurance. Tara
graduated from the University of New
Brunswick in 2013 with a Bachelor in
Business Administration. Tara began
working for Cain Insurance in November
2013 as an Assistant in Commercial Lines.
From there, she moved on to Commercial
Lines Account Manager and most recently to
her new position in Accounting/HR in 2018.
Tara and her husband, Ben, have one child
and are long-time residents of the Fredericton
area. Tara enjoys spending time with family
and friends. Nancy is the Manager of the Accounting and
HR Department at Cain Insurance with over
18 years experience working in the insurance
industry. Nancy is a graduate of Atlantic
Business College and began her accounting
career working for a management consulting
firm. She then moved on to work at Ross
Ventures Ltd. where she spent five years in a
diverse accounting department learning about
the real estate, restaurant, radio station, and
salmon industries. Nancy and her husband,
Dale, have two daughters and are long-time
residents of Maugerville. They enjoy being
outdoors and leading active lifestyles.
