Best career advice you have to give: Be a value to your team and your customers in the most honest way possible. Long term relationships are huge for small business. Essentially treat each customer as if they were your mom or dad, your customers will be able to feel the atmosphere you create. The only thing that sets you apart from the rest is great customer service.
How you define leadership: I define leadership as someone who can build a team and rally them to achieve your goal.
What is something people might be surprised to know about your business: Brown ' s Shoe Fit offers an apprenticeship program that teaches you everything you need to know about the retail shoe business and within 5 years you can own and operate your very own Brown ' s Shoe Fit Store. Favorite memory of Clinton: I can’ t remember the year but my dad and uncle’ s band( The Country Eagles) performed at Riverboat Days and that was an awesome memory.
Best career advice you’ ve received: If you’ re not worried about making it then you’ re not doing it right. Tough times will come and you’ ll wonder why you keep going. You have to keep pushing. Good things come from hard work and time.
