Rising Sea Level:

Although rising sea level is a mere outcome of global warming, the effects of the sea level rising are numerous and destructive. The sea levels are believed to be rising due to the events taking place such as the melting of the ice caps because of climate change. Climate change is the rapid unsustainable change of climate and overall temperature of the planet due to external alterations. Climate change is being caused by the current high rate of pollutants being emitted into the air that contribute to greenhouse gases which contribute to the trapping of heat in the planet and ultimately results in the overall heating of the planet. How does this affect the environment? In order to fully understand the problem, one must first find the root cause and must scrutinize the factors leading up to such event. For example, In the case of rising sea levels there is more than one factor leading to the sea level rising, when researching the leading causes one can find that it is a different events that collide and cause a chain reaction that leads to environmental issues. Climate Central has found that the root cause of rising sea levels is the constant abusement of the planet by humans and their everyday activities that range from things like agriculture, transportation and the mining of fossil fuels for energy. The sea level rising is a warning sign from nature to show and remind us of how weare constantly damaging the, already fragile, environment.
