* On my journey of many curves I’ve let go of limiting beliefs like perfectionism, not feeling good enough, and the need
for approval and to please others. I now know that self-love means I can look in the mirror and truly see and love myself,
my purpose and I feel aligned, confident and trust my choices.
* There’s so much more so let’s get you the cliff notes: became a yoga instructor, started meditating, became a life coach,
moved 4 times, hired a coach, took my coaching business online, love working with clients and helping them let go of
their limiting beliefs to live their radiance in a life they love that has meaning.
JB: We all know the saying “When life gives you lemons, make lemoncello. Is there a philosophy that guides you

through rough patches?
CH: Yes... There’s always a silver lining.
Not in the “everything’s rosy, Pollyanna fashion”, where you pretend everything’s ok when it’s not and push everything
down. That is what I did when I was a kid. I was a stuffer. But I have learned that every experience is a lesson and when
you are able to look at the pieces of an experience and dissect the pain from the possibilities, you can learn a lot. I believe
that through the divine within all of us we are able to see the opportunity that can come from tragedy. When I was little
believing this got me through some tough spots. I was a survivor even when I should have died several times. Now it is
about living life with everything I’ve got – and that is a lot believe me. I can say I am grateful.
JB: We all suffer moments of panic. In the moments that you feel that nothing is working the way you want/
need/thought it would, how do you move forward?
